Harvey Fuqua

"Mr. Quaz"

I met Harvey in 2003 while attending a Smokey concert. He was very surprised that I recognized him. I mentioned that I was probably the only one who knew there was another R&R Hall of Famer in the building. He was the nicest man you could meet. He met my whole family and invited us back to the dressing room with Smokey after the show.

I communicated with Harvey through eMails over the years. I asked him if I could create a tribute website to him and his groups. He was astonished that I would want to do a website for him and gave me permission to create these pages.
